By Marcy Larsen

Your baby’’s scrapbook will be something that you and your family will enjoy for a lifetime. Take your time and remember to preserve those memories just as you felt the time of the event.

What should be kept in the Baby Scrapbook?
Any and every occasion can get recorded in a scrapbook that you will have fun watching and recollecting later on in life; after all, every day is special with your baby and family.

A Baby Scrapbooking Idea
Here are a few ideas for your baby’’s scrapbook:

1. Start your book with pictures of your showers, while you were pregnant, and early ultrasound photos. These are a few great ways to kick off your scrapbook.

2. Dr.’’s visits and the actual delivery day.

3. Visitors at the hospital, the nurses, and doctor who were present the day you gave birth to your baby.

4. The day of your baby’’s birth. Enclude picture of family member holding the baby for the first time. This is a perfect time to get a generational picture with those who come to see you.

5. For the first year you can take a picture every day and gradually show the changes in the baby and/or what cute things he/she did everyday.

6. The “firsts” First day at home, first holidays, first haircut, first bath, first smile, first steps, and first birthday.

7. The impressions of his/her hands, feet, or lips.

Here are Some Scrapbook Decorating Options
1. These can be as cute and funny whole capturing as many feelings and memories in the process. When you look back over the years, it should be able to tell the stories and give you a glimpse into the past. Capture this with the picture you choose and the journaling.

2. Use sticker, brads, and ribbons as decoration. Keep trinkets and remembrances of the season or event such as wrapping paper from Birthday presents, cards, airline tickets, etc.

3. A bit of the hair from your baby’’s first haircut.

4. Quotes. Either from a book or of the child’’s first words or sayings.

5. Writing, journaling your feelings down is something that will be cherished forever by your child.

A idea for your babys scrapbook is something that will come to you when the occasion shows up. Go with what you feel, and that will turn out to be the best idea over time. This book is about feelings and memories, which will live forever and ever to be cherished and passed on.

You never know, your own child may steal your ideas when the time comes, and that will probably make you the proudest mom alive. Take your time creating your scrapbooks, you will definitely have fun going through it over the years.

Making Easy Money with Text Link Ads

By Nofie Iman

If Google Adsense or Yahoo! Publisher Network (YPN) is not giving you enough income yet, why not try Text Link Ads? A growing number of bloggers have been reporting better returns with Text Link Ads than Adsense or YPN.

Yes, not all websites or blogs have the same prospect of earning from Adsense or YPN. There are many factors to consider, including traffic, topic, optimization, layout, relevance, etc. Fortunately, there are other ways though to earn money from your websites/blog. The next best thing is by selling links on your blog. This is actually more geared towards sites that have considerably high PageRank. The higher your PageRank, the bigger the chances that you”ve get link advertiers. And higher paying ones as well.

We have recently become impressed with the potential for making money by selling text link advertisement on our websites. Last month, we generated more than $200 from the brokerage service provided by Text Link Ads. They sell small text ads on our site, split the revenue 50-50 with us, and deposit directly into our PayPal account. It’’s not a huge amount of money anyway, but if we never tried this, we”d miss out on this easy extra income. And it’’s totally passive.

Making money with Text Link Ads is very simple. First, you should submit your site for review. Then, if approved, you may insert their ad code on your website, and wait while they sells your advertising space and pay you commission.

Of course there are factors such as how much traffic you have, what is your site’’s PageRank, what industry your site is in, and where you place the ad code will determine how much you make. But, anything is better than nothing, right? Any extra sources of income helps. So, it’’s worth a try.

Text Link Ads allows website owners, webmasters, or bloggers to sell simple text link advertisement on their own web site. Their ad serving technology currently supports websites that use server-side processing. This includes any site that uses PHP, ASP, Perl, Cold Fusion, and so on. Most forum and blog software are compatible with their technology.

They also have added some new features to their packages that have made life much easier for publisher like us. They put static URL where you can direct visitors to your listing if you choose. They allow you to edit your title, description, keywords, site wide/single page, the number of pages the ad will appear on, and the number of ads you are willing to sell, as well as to update your Alexa ranking.

And the most important thing is that you can display Text Link Ads on the same page with Google Adsense, Yahoo! Publisher Network, and other contextually served ads. Their product is not a pay-per-click (PPC) or contextually served ad system.

What you have to do is just do as you always do. Keep blogging, posting, or writing articles to your site to make it fresh and actual. Then watch the money roll in. That’’s it.

Baby Boomers are Living Off The Grid, Using Alternative Energy, and Building Strawbale Houses

By Luise Volta

There is a lot to be said for the new crop of environmental-friendly, retiring Baby Boomers that are refusing the canned retirement solutions that are out there aplenty. Many have had to live in the cities that created their employment…complete with smog and crime. Years have gone by, the kids have been protected as much as possible in gated communities and the day has finally dawned when it’’s time to take a look at “what’’s next.”

The idea of travel that so held the attention of their elders has less appeal to our Baby Boomers. Cruise ship horror stories and the risks that have become part of RVing have taken the shine off of what their parents were satisfied with. Also, many have traveled extensively in their work and have added expensive vacations to far away places with strange sounding names to the mix.

Freedom doesn”t even have the draw that it had for earlier generations. Many Baby Boomers have been connected with web-oriented businesses and have been able to work at home some of the time, following their own pace. This usually meant longer hours for most of them, but more personal freedom was involved.

As a result this new breed wants to get the heck out of Dodge and do some kind of physical work. That’’s right, they don”t want to be taken care of or sit around the campfire, they want to address the challenges that correspond with their ideals.

Peace and quiet rate high on many Baby Boomers” lists of priorities. Living more simply calls to them. “Off the grid” was not a phrase most of us were familiar with even ten years ago. If we had heard it, it would have been with fear and loathing that we would have considered living without being connected to a reliable power source. However, these up and coming retirees are often extremely interested in solar panels and battery banks. Conservation and personal independence rank high.

In addition, unique designs for homes that circumvent the need for central heating and air conditioning are coming to the fore. The strawbale house is a wonder in temperature economy. Thick walls of dry bales of straw are covered with a “skin”. The one I recently viewed was plastered with a mixture of adobe mud and cement. Contractors and architects are getting on the bandwagon as this trend spreads. Books and seminars on strawbale building are under heavy demand.

And then there are the Earth Ships. These are energy-efficient homes dug into hillsides and constructed with great care to offer shelter without messing with the environment. The one I visited looked amazingly cozy.

Our Baby Boomers want a new kind of challenge and most of them are extending it into organic gardening, another science that offers them simplicity and increased wellness. They want to grow what they eat to a great extent. There’’s usually plenty of room to do this because they buy acreage not a lot. This movement toward healthy living isn”t carefree but that’’s not what most of them are about. They are willing to work long and hard.

You will find, in their strange residences, battery-run, lap top computers! After all, email, like life, must go on! Boomers are making sure that the things that matter to them are included. It’’s never been about denial. For lack of a better description, I would call their evolving ethic “creating a challenging simplicity.”

If you get a chance to read up on this movement and/or have an opportunity to visit someone who is immersed in it, don”t pass it up. Rome is being rebuilt, yet again.

Using EBay To Get The Best Deals

By Danny Penrose

EBay is a fantastic tool for buying and selling of virtually anything. It is a membership site but you can look around at everything available as a guest. Once you have had a good look around the site and decided that you are interested in joining EBay it is quite a straight forward process.

Please note that you have to join before you can bid to buy anything and before you can place an auction to sell anything.

To join EBay you need to choose a unique user name, set a password and register a credit or debit card with them.

The reason for this is twofold, it helps EBay to identify you as a real person and it also provides them with your ability to pay any bills you incur.

The charges for EBay useage are all listed on the site. If you are the buyer (ie the winner of someone else’’s auction) then you do not incur charges. However you must remember that you have to add the quoted postage and packing costs to your final bid.

If you purchase more than one item from the same seller they can sometimes offer you discounted postage rates as they can send your items in one package. This is not guaranteed though.

If you decide to sell an item on EBay then you need to consider a few things before you start. Firstly you need to decide how much you want to sell the item for, what is the minimum price you will allow this to sell for?

You must also decide how long you want the auction to run, whether you want to place a reserve price on the auction, what starting price you want, whether you want someone to be able to “Buy Now” if they offer a particular price and finally whether you want to upload an image picture of your goods.

The only guidance I can offer at this point is from my own experience. I find that you should always submit a scan or photograph of your item, the first image is free.

I never have a reserve price as I always start my auctions at the minimum price I am willing to accept. The starting price of the auction sets the initial fee, there are other fees listed on the site but the only main fee afterward is the final selling fee and that is a percentage of the final selling price.

I always set my auction to run the full 10days because I feel it allows more people to see the auction. However if I am in a rush to sell something, maybe it is concert tickets I can”t attend or something similar then I would fix the time at maybe 3 days and also put a “Buy Now” on the auction. The “Buy Now” feature costs extra also.

On EBay there are many facilities to help you search for the goods you want and also to upload your auctions. The main things that help to search are the EBay search engines.

In these you can look for any item that you want to buy or even maybe look at items you are selling to see how others have listed them or if they have any bids. EBay also offers an uploader system.

This will help if you are a Power Seller and want to sell hundreds of items all the time. There is also a feature that helps you when buying. This is an auto bidder. This enables you to tell EBay what is the highest amount you are willing to pay for the goods you are bidding on.

You only bid the minimum initially but if someone else outbids you (even if you are away from your PC and don”t know you have been outbid) the auto bidder bids on your behalf up to and including the highest amount you have told it too.

If you are then outbid it stops bidding until you change the limit it can go to. If in the meantime the auction closes then the other person wins and this time you have been outbid.

There are other tools available to help to “Spot the best deals”. These tools are all on a web site shown at the bottom of this article. One of the best ones is so useful on auction sites.

It allows you to find items that no-one else can find and therefore to get items at extraordinarily low prices as no-one else is bidding against you. This is called the misspelling tool.

The way this works is to use the fact that we commonly misspell everyday words in error and use it to our advantage. Say for example that you were a Paul McCartney fan and you wanted to see every item that had his name in the title.

You would then search for McCartney and the search engine would provide all the results. Just think however if the search engine could provide you with the results for McCartney, Mcartney, McCartny, Mcartny, etc etc.

Well this is what the misspelling tool does for you and until you try it you have no idea of how many good deals you are missing.

Three Things All Affiliate Marketers Need To Survive On The Internet

By Kurt Naulaerts

When it comes to being an affiliate marketer, every single one of them are searching for the highest paying market. Occasionally, they tend to think there is some formula available that is pure magic when it comes to generating income. The truth of the matter is, that there is no magic formula, it is a tad more complicated. However, you will find formulas, that are not magic, but have been tested tried and true with a good deal of dedication and hard work.

Some techniques have proven themselves so much that they continue to be prominent in the world of affiliate marketing still today. The follow three tips on marketing will help you survive in the world of affiliate marketing online, as well as increase your profits in sales.

1. If you have several products you are marketing, it is essential that you provide each product with its own unique webpage. They should not be lumped together in efforts to save money and time, when it comes to web hosting. The best bet is to have one websites focused on every product you have individually.

You should make sure to include website reviews on the product. This will help your visitors understand exactly how your product helps other users just like them. Testimonials from actual users should also be included on the website. These should be from people who have used the product. It is important, that with any testimonial you use, that the reader gives you permission to include their photograph and name on your website.

Articles are also great in affiliate marketing as well. Create articles the provide highlights on how the product is used and places them on an additional page of your website. The website should have attractive, as well as compelling. Make sure the visitor is driving to take action with the various calls to act you place within the information provided. Your headlines should be attractive and entice your reader to keep reading and ultimately contact you for a purchase or more information.

2. Give your readers something free, such as free reports. If at all possible, you should position these reports at the top of your website, so they will not be missed by the readers. Another helpful technique, is to create messages using an autoresponder. These will be emailed to any person that types their information into the sign up section you have provided. Research conducted has proven that upon the seventh contact with any prospect, the sale is generally closed.

Make sure you are creating emails that are useful to the reader. Such as reminding them of a the product you are promoting, giving them specific and enticing details that will make them want to purchase your product. It is important that you refrain from making the message sound like a sales pitch. Instead, give them specific reasons on why they should be buying your product.

Give them information on how your specific product can make their entire life more enjoyable and easier, just by owning it. Make the subject lines compelling, be sure to keep your message out of spam boxes by refraining from using the word free, and convince the reader that if they do not act now, they are missing out of the best thing ever.

3. Make sure you are gaining attention from your targeted audience. While you want visitors, you want those that are interested in whatever it is you are offering them. Otherwise, they will simply click the little red X box at the top of their screen, without thinking twice. The best way to reach your targeted audience is to submit articles to ezines and ereports publications. This will ensure that you are getting those that are interested in your services or products.

When using articles as a technique, you should be writing at least two weekly, that contain word length of three hundred to six hundred words each. Articles can produce up to 100 additional visitors to your website, daily. Research shows that one out of each one hundred people will be converted into a customer through sales.

Overall, none of the techniques are hard to perform, they just take a little action and time to implement. By using any of the above tips in your affiliate marketing schemes, you may find that your profits have increase and you have no problems at all in surviving on the internet.

By Richard Sharp

Online bingo communities are great for bingo enthusiasts, providing a chance to use resources and get to know other bingo players. At bingo reviewer a bingo player is able to visit forums and even receive a free email newsletter, all from the comfort of their own home, on their own computer.

On a good community bingo site those with an interest in the game can read about the history of bingo, catch up on bingo related news, and read countless articles relating to their favorite game. And many of the sites contain explanations of the terms and language used in bingo, and even links to other online games that are sure to please bingo lovers.

Becoming a member of one of the online bingo communities makes you a part of a growing community, allowing you to meet interesting new people and create friendships that will last a lifetime. Sites are safe and very secure and with online bingo there is no need to go out in the world to find a bingo hall. You can play this great game at home in comfort.

Forums in online bingo community sites many times involve free games, and special contests that result in prizes for the winners. And even if you do not win, you are still a winner because of the fun you have had and the friendships you have made. Chat rooms on the online bingo communities are exciting because they allow people to share bingo experiences they have had with other, like minded people. An Ordinary Day in the Life of an Affiliate Marketer

By Kurt Naulaerts

The internet has made it so much easier when it comes to being a member in the business of affiliate marketing. In fact, when compared to times when others had to use only the telephone to get their hands on updates and other such information, today’’s methods are so much more easier and effective.

Now, thinking of this technology and that an affiliate marketer has the ability to work directly from home, a day in their lives may go a little something like this.

Ok, so I woke up this morning, at my breakfast, and went straight to work. First thing first, right, I turned on my computer to see just what the latest happenings are, in regards to any statistics and updates that of course I must keep track of regularly to keep my business running smoothly.

My website just is not cutting the mustard here, so I think today I am going to revise it. As you and I both know, if the website is not well-designed, I can never expect for my visitors to sign up for my service. So that is something I need to do in order to raise my rates of conversion.

Just a few tweaks here and there, ok I am done, on to the next task. Ok, I want to attract more people to join my affiliate program, so I need to promote it, and submit to directories. This will ensure that people are seeing my listings and could even increase my traffic.

Ok, bear with me here, now is the time in my day when I take a close and careful look at all sales I am currently getting from my affiliates. This takes a good amount of time because I must be both accurate and objective about it. This means tracking down orders via email and telephone. Check on any new clients that may be looking into my products and writing down the contact information they provided for later use.

Now onto my resources. You see I have an abundance of sample recommendations, button ads, banner ads, and advertisements I need to hand out. This helps me land more sales, which of course is important in my line of work, not to mention that is keeps my business accessible and visible at the same time.

Oh wait, I almost forgot, how silly of me. A few visitors sent me emails asking some questions about my products, so I must answer these write away. If I fail to answer them quickly or not at all, I could lose a potential customer really fast. I always have to remember that I must put customers and potential customers first. Of course, some are patient, but most want answers the minute the send them, so it is important that I show them just how professional I am and respond right away.

I forgot to mention that I logged onto my saved chat room at the beginning of the morning, see how hectic the life of an affiliate marketer can be. The chat room keeps in touch with other affiliates just like me, which use the same type of affiliate program I use. This is a great way to share ideas and testimonies about product promotion. Now, I have been an affiliate marketer for a long time, years really. However, I am always learning new things from other affiliate marketers. Furthermore, this chat room does wonders, because you never know who is listening it and may become interested, which means referrals!

Today is Friday and on Monday, I updated my ezine and newsletter, therefore, I need to look into the latest news on the market today. This way when the next publication comes out, this will be the topic of interest.

Newsletters and ezines are extremely important to my business. This is how I introduce all my latest products and services. I offer my customers sales and promotions that they may be interested in. Of course, I have a deadline I must meet, so this is a consistent process as well.

Now for those who help me along the way with my sales and promotions, I usually make mention of the person, their website, and just what they have done to fit the pieces of this puzzle together.

Now I have to write out some recommendations because I have had request from some people wanting sources that are credible for these products. I should also make a quick visit to a few websites and forums that have people just coming apart at the seams wanting to get into the world of affiliate marketing. Just a few comments here and there on how to become a successful affiliate. This does three specific things for my business, first I get to help others who are interested, second I get to promote my products, and third I may just get a referral. It works all the way around.

Oh my, look at the time, I missed lunch and dinner. Oh well, it is time for bed now.

It may not be all done in one day. However, you have the general idea of just what it is like to be a dedicated affiliate marketer for one day.
